Engineering Management: Destination Control of Conveyor Lines Using RFID
No controller needed for destination judgment! Autonomous judgment and processing by the microcontroller inside the reader/writer.
I would like to introduce "Destination Control of Conveyor Lines using RFID" in engineering management. RFID tags recording the destination are attached to the sides of resin containers. The RFID tags are read by RF antennas on the conveyor transport line, and the destination is notified to the control sequencer via DO (5 bits). The control sequencer receives this information and controls the transport direction of the conveyor. A controller for destination judgment is not necessary, as the microcontroller within the reader/writer autonomously makes judgments and processes the information. Devices are installed at each branching point to perform destination judgment.
